Our Physiotherapists utilize a number of techniques and modalities that they feel are necessary to accomplish the goals set out in your comprehensive physiotherapy treatment program. Drawing on their own experiences and current research in the field of Orthopedic injury management, your pathway to recovery will be piloted by both yourself and your therapy team.

Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy is the practice of using various myofascial techniques to relieve aches and pains in muscles, fascia, bones, ligaments, and other structures. It does this by increasing blood flow and improving fluid drainage (venous statis, edema, etc.), as well as improving mobility and desensitizing the nervous system.
